Recent Music Release

This development comes as the singer, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, recently released his first new track of 2025, titled “Hello Heaven, Hello.” This marks his first new music since the 2024 release, the “gap,” which served as a teaser for his upcoming album, sharing the same name as his prior 2022 album.

As of now, details about the new album remain scarce, though Jungblud has hinted at various facets in recent months. In a December interview with NME, he alluded to the possibility of it being a double album and emphasized his pride in the notes, which sparked fan discussions on social media.

More recently, Harrison spoke with Apple Music and shared further insights regarding the recording process. He mentioned expanding expectations for fans and drawing inspiration from legendary figures in rock music.

“With this album and this song, I feel that I am truly coming into my own, breaking away from what I’ve done in the past,” he said. “I have really allowed my imagination to guide me. Every morning, I wake up and let this adventure unfold before me. And I think this encapsulates the essence of this album.”

Musical Evolution

“I immersed myself in a lot of classic music, returning to artists like Bonnie Wright and Linda Ronstadt, alongside Zeppelin and even Elton John,” he shared. “Rock is my genre, and I have been indulging in various things while trying to innovate within the rock realm. At this point, it feels exhilarating because rock music is multifaceted… It needed to sound grand, almost cinematic.”

He expressed his satisfaction with the final product, describing it as a “cultural reset” for himself.

“Honestly, I can say I experienced the most emotional ride while creating this; it was both joyous and painful compared to everything I’ve done in the past,” he added. “I have never been prouder of my work. For me, this will represent a significant cultural reset and current moment. It’s surreal.”

So far, the only preview of the upcoming album has been the unnamed single “Hello Heaven, Hello.” Discussing the song’s inspiration in an interview with Apple Music, Harrison stated: “This entire track is dedicated to self-acceptance. It’s a journey of looking into the mirror and seeking a sense of power. I think I’ve been a polarizing figure for many, and no one has judged me more harshly than I have.”

“That’s exactly what this song entails. It’s a farewell and a welcome to the future. I feel at home now, in a new chapter of my life. I am a completely different person than I was some time ago.”
