Accompanying the track is a visually stunning video directed by Rud Grazzaani and Valeria Dyatko, which transports viewers into a medieval fantasy realm where WISP transitions from wearing a flowing white dress to donning knightly armor as they navigate grand halls.
Meaning Behind the Song
The “sword” symbolizes the shame and confusion individuals experience when their loved ones keep them hidden from the world. “It’s about the inability to shine because your partner keeps you in the shadows,” WISP explains.
This release coincides with WISP’s preparation for a series of major festival appearances and supporting tour dates. The tour will also feature performances from Korn, Deftones, and Avenged Sevenfold.
