Wavmaker Launches New CUE Package
Wavmaker has introduced the CUE package, a fresh product designed to streamline the music selection process for filmmakers and video creators.
These curatorial packages of modular music offer categorized themes, entrances, auto transitions, and various transitions suitable for different films.
Subscription-Based Service Offering
The subscription-based service provides commercially licensed musical components, enabling seamless integration into video projects. Wavmaker claims that these packages remove the need for extensive searching, licensing negotiations, and complex musical synchronization.
Inspired by professional Cue libraries used in Hollywood productions, video editors can now rely on these pre-curated tracks that are specifically designed to work together. Each package encompasses various musical elements, such as stingers, transitions, and mood-building components.
“Cue packages are created to tackle one of the biggest challenges for filmmakers – to quickly and effectively gather cohesive music,” stated Matt Arkaini, co-founder of Wavmaker.
“We developed these packages to simplify the workflow, making high-quality music accessible to all creators.”
Categories of packages include:
- Action Drama for high-energy scenes;
- Food and Travel for culinary and travel-based content;
- Children’s for children’s programs;
- Nature for nature and environmental documentaries;
- Real Estate for property marketing;
- Sport for sports and competitive content.
The Wavmaker website currently showcases 18 Cue packages, and the company has hinted at plans to release additional packages each month to broaden its offerings based on directors’ needs and industry trends.
