Memorable Performance Highlights

Lipa continued her tour by showcasing outstanding Australian artists during her performance on Saturday (March 22) at the fourth of five shows at Rod Laver Arena.

“So, this next song in the set is different every night,” Lipa told the audience, clarifying that she features a song from a “local artist.”

“So, tonight I thought it would be a big mistake if I didn’t play one of my favorite artists who is also my friend,” she continued. “This is a song that I’ve loved for a very long time – I mean, still in 2023 – but this is a banger for Saturday, so I think it will be fun.”

She performed “Rush” without Sivan making an appearance to introduce the song. Watch the video here:

Upcoming Tours and Announcements

The Lipa tour promotes her album “Radical Optimism” from last summer, and during her previous shows in Melbourne this month, she also covered “I Can’t Get You Out of My Head” by Natalie Imbruglia.

Following her tour in Australia, Lipa will head to the UK for a series of performances this summer, beginning with two major concerts at Wembley Stadium in London on June 20 and 21, followed by two dates at Enfield Stadium in Liverpool on June 24 and 25.

These dates follow her significant appearance headlining Glastonbury 2024, alongside Lipa’s announcement of a special reissue of “Future Nostalgia” to celebrate its fifth anniversary. The vinyl edition is set to release on March 28, nearly five years after the original album debuted.

Meanwhile, Sivan will join Charli XCX during her headlining set at Primavera Sound this summer in Barcelona. The Brat star will perform alongside Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter, in what Charli has dubbed the Holy Trinity.
