Waeve Announces New EP
Waeve has unveiled a new EP titled “Eternal,” featuring three tracks, set to release via Transgressive on March 14, 2025. This announcement comes alongside the debut of their new single, “Love Is All Pain.”
Collaboration on the EP
The duo, comprising Graham Coxon and Rose Elinor Dugall, collaborated with producer James DC (known for his work with Arctic Monkeys, The Last Mink Party, and Blur) on this EP, which follows their previous albums, “Waeve” and “City Fires,” released in 2023 and 2024, respectively. “Love Is All Pain” features both artists sharing vocal responsibilities, enhanced by synthesizer sounds.
Accompanying the track is a video directed by Simon, featuring black-and-white footage shot on 8-mm film at Lake Soutmir, Thamsmead. This release follows their recent live album “Live from the City Lights Sessions,” which captures performances of all ten tracks from “City Lights,” recorded at London’s Crouch End Studios.
Eternal EP Details
The “Eternal” EP will be released exclusively on digital platforms and will include three tracks: “Love Is All Pain,” “This Is the Hope That Kills You,” and “Eternal.”
