Vampire Weekend, Rilo Kiley, and Bloc Party Headline the Impressive Just Like Heaven 2025 Line-Up

Festival lineup revealed

Vampire Weekend, Rilo Kili, Bloc Party, and others have been announced as performers at this year’s festival known as Heaven.

The festival, organized by Coachella and Day N Vegas curators Goldenvoice, is set to take place at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on Saturday, May 10th.

The lineup features iconic indie rock and pop artists from the 2000s, including Empire of the Sun, TV on the Radio, Drums, Courtney Barnett, Toro Y Moi, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Grouplove, Perfume Genius, Panda Bear, Beach Fossils, Peter Bjorn and John, and many more. Additionally, Slowdive will be performing as special guests this year.

Passes for the indie music bash are set to go on sale Friday (Jan. 31) at 11 a.m. ET (2:00 pm ET/7 pm GMT) JustLikeHeavenFest.com. General Admission passes start at $174 plus fees, while VIP passes will be available starting at $399 plus.

This year, GoldenVoice has partnered with the Rose Bowl operating company to donate $250,000 to the Eaton Fire Relief and Restoration Fund. This fund provides support to local nonprofits actively engaged in wildfire response. Those wishing to contribute can find more details here.

Verified Govx Responders will receive up to two additional general admission passes to the Just Like the Skies Festival as a token of gratitude for their ongoing service in bushfire-affected regions. Passes are available for a limited time while supplies last.

Reunion performance and milestones

Rilo Kiley’s appearance at the festival will be their first show in 17 years. According to setlist.fm, beloved emo group Jenny Lewis last performed together on June 18, 2008, at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. Lewis will join her bandmates Blake Sennett, Pierre de Rieder, and Jason Boesel for the performance, with more tour dates to follow.

In a press release discussing the reunion, the group expressed, “We are very excited to get back together just like Heaven in Pasadena, California – Los Angeles. As a group, we started here and we are very fortunate to return among so many artists and friends, to this community that we hold so dear, in such a beautiful and meaningful place.”

Various artists on the lineup will commemorate significant milestones during the festival. Bloc Party will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut LP ‘Silent Alarm’, while Peter Bjorn and John will mark the 20th anniversary of their semi-conceptual third album ‘Block’. Courtney Barnett will recognize the 10th anniversary of her acclaimed debut album, “Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit.”

Last year’s Just Like Heaven featured performances from The Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, Phoenix, The War on Drugs, Miike Snow, Passion Pit, Alvvays, Two Door Cinema Club, Phantogram, Metric, Gossip, Tegan and Sara, Washed Out, CSS, Broken Social Scene, Warpaint, Be Your Pet Pet, Sleigh Bells, and more taking over the Rose Bowl.

This event marked Gossip’s first US performance following the launch of their highly anticipated album “Real Power,” which was their first in 12 years, as well as Miike Snow’s first performance since 2019, celebrating CSS’s 20th anniversary.
