Tropical Fuck Storm has officially inked a deal with Fire Records, marking this occasion with the launch of their new single, Goon Show.
Four Melbournsky’s Statement on the Track
Four Melbournsky released a statement about the track, stating: “Here is a neat little jingle to kick off 2025 in the revolution of the stupid phone. The time has come to lower our screens and spend a day or two outdoors, escaping the confines of our glass houses. MeatSpace is a magical realm where we can have a picnic and rediscover the world around us, far removed from the industrial complex of Silicon Valley.”
The Group’s Background and Musical Style
The band was formed in 2016 when Gareth Liddiard and Fiona Kitschin took a break from their previous projects, joining forces with Erica Dunn and Lauren Hammel. Goon Show features Liddiard’s distinctive baritone vocals, layered over a backdrop of distorted guitars and driving rhythms.
