Trnsmt Festival 2024 Lineup Announcement
Trnsmt Festival has unveiled the complete lineup for its Radio 1 dance scene for this year’s event. All details are outlined below.
Festival Dates and Headliners
In December, the festival confirmed its return to Glasgow Green from July 11-13 for its eighth edition. After fans voted for their preferred headliners, the lineup was finalized, featuring 50 Cent, Biffy Clyro, and Snow Patrol.
They have now expanded the lineup for the Radio 1 dance scene over the weekend, adding a total of 18 artists to the impressive roster.
Among the notable performers are BBC Radio 1’s Jaguar, Arielle Free, and Charlie Hedges, all set to energize the beloved Boogie Bar at this iconic Scottish festival.
Jaguar is set to perform on Friday night with his garage set. This day will also feature performances from La La, Connora Cows, Big Miz, Marianne, and Frankie Alice, showcasing Trnsmt’s commitment to supporting local Scottish talent.
On Saturday, alongside Arielle Free, the stage will welcome House/Garage producer Nimino, who achieved a breakthrough single in 2024 with “I Smoke Only When I Drink.” The Saturday lineup also includes Haley Zalassi, Hannah Odgard, Dominic, and Eve.
Closing out the weekend on Sunday will be Irish artist NMe 100, as well as dance icons Charlie Hedes, Beth, Sarah Story, Kane Kirkpatrik, and a DJ battle.
Festival director Jeff Ellis remarked, “This year, the lineup has evolved even further with the addition of 18 pioneers to showcase the dynamic electronic music scene on the BBC Radio 1 dance stage.”
“Some DJs from Radio 1 will be playing alongside beloved British talents on stage, alongside new names. Trnsmt presents an ideal setting to experience unforgettable performances and the incredible energy of the Scottish crowd, with many exciting announcements still to come.”
In addition to the headliners, Trnsmt 2025 will also feature acts like Fontaines D.C., The Script, Gracie Abrams, Inhaler, Confirmment Man, Klinnik, The Kooks, Lathums, and Wet Leg. Other performers include Jamie Webster, Twin Atlantic, Jake Bugg, Sigrid, Wunderhaus, Shed Seven, and Nina Nesbitt.
Last year, Scots Calvin Harris and Jerry Cinnamon headlined alongside Liam Gallagher, who delivered a standout performance during the 30th anniversary celebration of the Oasis album.
Previous headliners have included Arctic Monkeys, Pulp, Radiohead, The Killers, and The Chemical Brothers.
