The design was showcased today (May 2) and will be worn by FC Barcelona during El Clásico against Real Madrid next Sunday (May 11).
Details of the Collaboration
This project marks the latest collaboration between Spotify and FC Barcelona, following special partnerships with Coldplay, Karol G, Rolling Stones, Rosalía, and Drake.
In this design, Travis Scott pays homage to his Cactus Jack record label. The military fleet and burgundy knitwear prominently feature the brand logo in yellow at the front.
To commemorate this collaboration, Spotify will also bring Travis Scott to perform in Barcelona for the first time. The performance is set for May 10, the evening before El Clásico. Additionally, the most dedicated fans of Travis Scott in the city will have the chance to win tickets for an exclusive, invitation-only concert.
“What we do here gives the artists a stage like no other. This collaboration with Travis Scott and FC Barcelona is our most ambitious project yet,” said Mark Khazan, Spotify’s vice president of partnership and marketing. “A global icon collaborating with us for the world’s biggest game and performing live for fans in Barcelona is a powerful synergy that we will unlock. This reflects the essence of what drives Spotify and FC Barcelona.”
Travis Scott commented, “El Clásico is a moment that captivates the entire world. Collaborating with Spotify and FC Barcelona allows me to blend my universe with theirs. It’s not just about throwing a cactus jack on a jersey; it’s about creating something that blurs the lines between sound and sports. To be the first artist to perform in Barcelona as part of this collaboration is a moment I’ll cherish with my fans.”
According to the announcement, the Limited Edition jerseys will be available for purchase at official Barça stores in Spain. The quantity is specifically chosen to commemorate the year the club was founded. They are available now.
Additionally, the Cactus Jack collaboration will include other merchandise, featuring two designs of sweatshirts, a t-shirt, retro-mike, a cap, shorts, a jacket, a scarf, and retro-football gear. This collection will be available on Travis Scott’s official site from May 9.
“As a long-time listener of Travis and someone who cares about style, this is a powerful collaboration,” said defender Jules Koundé. “Seeing the Cactus Jack logo on our shirt and being part of a drop that fuses football with fashion and music is truly inspiring, and I’m proud to be part of a club that embraces this.”
This collaboration comes shortly after Travis Scott delivered two memorable sets at Coachella 2025, where he debuted two unreleased songs and performed a mash-up with Drake.
He was the second headliner of the day, following Green Day, marking his first appearance at the California festival since 2017. The reception to his set was mixed, with some expressing disappointment over the rapper’s late arrival while others joked about the difficulty seeing the grand visuals through the smoke.
