Moonlandings have made a comeback with their latest single, “Sign of a Man,” released under Transgressive Records.

This track signifies the band’s first new release in seven years, following their debut album, Interplanetary Class Classics, which was released in 2017. They have also disclosed that their forthcoming album will be titled “No Rocket Required.”

Johnny Rocket (aka Lias Saudi) shares his thoughts on the new single: “Nature has left man unfinished, unresolved, alienated, lost to constant exile, unable or unwilling to surrender even to himself… Is it any wonder he has become heartless? This song encapsulates boundless apathy, the erosion of love into necessity, and our struggle to express ‘care’… it speaks to the theme of justice.”
The original lineup of The Moonlandingz featured notable names such as Yoko Ono, Sean Ono Lennon, Rebecca Taylor, Phil Oakey, and Cowboy from The Village People. The current members now include Adrian Flanagan, Dean Honer, and Lias Saoudi.
