Stalker Cheryl: 16 Weeks of Visiting Liam Payne’s Home After His Death

Convicted Killer Sentenced to Imprisonment

The convicted killer has been sentenced to imprisonment following multiple instances of Cheryl’s presence at his house.

A 50-year-old man confessed to visiting the singer’s home in Buckinghamshire in December of the previous year, disregarding a restraining order against him.

In addition to being prosecuted for an uncontempt murder in 2012, he served four months in prison in 2023 for an incident that occurred in July. Reports indicate he exhibited “fixed, obsessive, unwanted, and repeated behavior” toward the pop star.

Alarming Incidents and Legal Consequences

The alleged incidents involving Cheryl reportedly date back to 2023 when she debuted in the show 2:22 History of the Ghost. At that time, he allegedly sent her distressing messages and flowers.

Around the same period, he was issued a three-year restraining order prohibiting him from contacting her, approaching her address, or entering Buckinghamshire. Last December, he was charged with breaching this order after he entered Buckinghamshire and went to her residence on December 10.

The court learned that in January 2024, he approached the property and stated on the intercom that he “came to get Cheryl.” Later, in July of the same year, he called her home and said: “I really want to drink, I just want a glass of wine.”

On March 10, he was sentenced for two counts of harassment and one count of attempting to breach the restraining order.

This ruling, made in the Magistrates’ Court of Uxbridge, led to his imprisonment for 16 weeks. According to Independent, District Judge Arvind Sharma indicated that the man understood his actions left Cheryl feeling “very upset and distressed.”

The report further states that the singer informed the police that the sight of a man near her home caused her to feel “immediately panicked,” fearing he was “seeking a way into the property.”

This December incident transpired after Cheryl publicly mourned the loss of her ex-partner, Liam Payne. The two had been in a relationship from 2016 to 2018 and share a seven-year-old son named Bear.
