Kerry King’s Insight on Relationship with Dave Mustaine
Slayer’s Kerry King has shared his thoughts on his dynamic with Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine, admitting he “can’t help but put his foot in his mouth.”

King, who played briefly with Mustaine in Megadeth back in 1985, was a guest on Lipps Service with Scott Lipps podcast. He discussed their relationship, mentioning he always finds time for Mustaine but often feels the urge to “run away.”
“Mustaine is cool, but he’s one of those guys who can’t help but say the wrong thing,” King explained to Lipps (via Chatterbox). “So, I usually take my 20 minutes and escape just before things get awkward.”
