Band Background
The Liverpudlian outfit, featuring Michael Hade and his brother John on guitar, Peter Wilkinson on bass, and Mick Hurst on drums, debuted in 1988 with the album Zilch. Their next album, Waterpistol, was released in 1995, following the destruction of all album masters in a fire at the record label.
After their split, they regrouped and released Fable HMS and Tom with the weather, later signing with Noel Gallagher’s Sour Mash, under which they released Miles and Gila corner in 2007.
Since then, HEAD has collaborated with Michael Hed and The Red Elastic Band, whose album ‘Dear Scott was launched on Coral’s Modern Sky UK label.
After reuniting for a charity event in 2010, the band has announced their first concert in over ten years.
