Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Ex-Assistant Alleges He Was Made to Clean Up After ‘Wild King’ Parties

Allegations Against Diddy

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing accusations from his former assistant, who claims he was coerced into cleaning up after the rapper’s infamous parties.

In a lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles (December 23), the legal team for ex-assistant Philip Pines alleges that between December 2019 and December 2021, Combs pressured Pines to engage in sexual activities with a woman and orchestrated gatherings involving sex, drugs, and alcohol.

Pines, who held the title of senior executive assistant, asserts that he was responsible for organizing Combs’ so-called “Wild King Nights.”

Specific Incidents and Responsibilities

He further claims that Combs knowingly infected a celebrity guest with Covid-19 during his 51st birthday celebration and forced him to engage in sexual activities with a female attendee. Pines also alleges he witnessed Combs physically assault a guest in Miami.

Pines states that his responsibilities included the delivery of drugs, alcohol, and sexual paraphernalia, as well as cleaning up after the parties, which involved removing drug residue and bodily fluids from the venues. Additionally, he claims he was required to erase all incriminating videos from Combs’ devices and ensure confidentiality regarding the parties.

On multiple occasions, Pines claims he was instructed to prepare Combs’ party rooms with “red lanterns, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana, honey packs for enhancing male libido, baby oil, Astroglide, towels, illegal drugs, and high-powered sexual devices.”

There are also claims that Combs attempted to test Pines’ loyalty by asking him to return to work for trivial tasks, such as locating the TV remote, with the intention of assigning cleaning duties to avoid extra hotel charges.

Legal Developments

In a statement to Diversity, Combs’ representatives responded to the civil suit, stating: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to determine the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The rap mogul is expected to remain incarcerated until his trial begins in May 2025. He has previously pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, with his federal trial scheduled for May 5 of the upcoming year.

Combs has continuously denied all allegations through his legal representatives. If found guilty, he faces a sentence ranging from 15 years to life in prison.

He has been held in a federal detention center in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16 and has been denied bail multiple times, with the initial refusal occurring after he offered a $50 million (£38.4 million) bail. Reports indicate he was subsequently placed on suicide watch.

Last month, a judge denied bail for the third time, asserting that “the government has demonstrated by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions can reasonably guarantee the safety of the public.”

Recent reports have indicated that Combs is being housed in the same prison as Luigi Mangione, the primary suspect in a health care executive’s murder investigation.
