New EP Release
Staffs has unveiled her latest EP 'Kisses under (almost) full moon' which delves into themes of failure. This EP features previously released singles such as “The view of what you are doing with me” and “Juliet and Juliet,” along with new tracks “Lose it” and “King of Kingston.”
Exploring Femininity
This collection, consisting of four tracks, explores the rich topics of femininity. The artist elaborates on the EP’s dual nature, stating, “Last year, I began to feel the growing pain of becoming a woman—navigating my sexuality and falling in love,” Ratbag shares. “It liberates me, yet I feel as if the world around me becomes increasingly frightening. This EP encompasses both the love for femininity and its horrors.”
“I believe that being a woman is simultaneously beautiful, sensual, and dangerous, so I aimed to create four tracks that confront these ideas head-on,” they continue. “The separation within the EP serves as a stark reminder of the contrast between the gentle nature of womanhood and the harsh realities I am gradually coming to terms with.”
Additionally, the artist has announced her inaugural London show, alongside performances at European festivals.
