New Music Announcement
Rosé from Blackpink has confirmed that the group is set to release new music following their recent announcements about an upcoming world tour.
Insights from an Interview
In a recent interview, Rosé discussed the group’s return after their temporary hiatus. “We will release new music soon,” she stated. “We realized that there’s no reason to stop, right? While we needed some time to step out, explore, and be individuals, we also have a business to run. We just need to put in a bit more effort.”
This announcement comes on the heels of the previous Blackpink album “Born Pink,” after which Rosé, Lisa, Jennie, and Jisoo took a break from group activities to focus on their solo careers. During this period, Rosé released her debut solo album “R”, which features the hit “On The Ground” with Bruno Mars.
Mental Health Awareness
While discussing her collaboration with Mars, Rosé emphasized how the artist guided her in the creative process. “Bruno taught me that to be creative, you must listen to your intuition and timing, and it’s okay to trust yourself,” she noted. “I have gained more confidence in what feels right and in doing everything necessary to bring my ideas to life.”
The singer also addressed the significance of mental health support for K-POP trainees, advocating for mandatory therapy sessions. “Oh yes, please,” she responded when asked about including counseling services. “I think we had something at the end of my training. However, if I were to establish an academy now, I would provide a therapist. Once a week.”
