This marks his seventh LP and follows the “ugly season” project from 2022. The album, produced by Blake Mills, features 11 tracks reflecting on the “back and forth between the internal and external,” including previously released singles like “clean heart,” “without front teeth” (featuring Aldous Harding), and “this is a mirror.”

Earlier this month, Hadreas spoke with NME about the inspiration behind Glory and elaborated on how those in the music industry need to prioritize their own well-being while under the spotlight.
“I think that one of the things that makes me shy in my everyday life is that they don’t take me seriously, because I am small or I have a different way of communicating,” he reflected, discussing his song “this is a mirror.”
“I thought how I could not talk to my neighbor; it would be just too alarming. And yet I play a show and sing in front of people, and I’m no longer afraid of it,” he added. “I felt a sense of purpose in relation to the work that made me dedicated to it. I take my music very seriously and have been rewarded by the fact that people perceive it as such.”
