Perfume Genius Announces Confirmed UK Tour Dates for This Year’s End

New Album Release

Perfume Genius has unveiled a new album titled 'Glory' via Matador Records, accompanied by the announcement of a UK tour scheduled for November.

Album and Collaborations

This latest record marks another collaboration between Mike Hadreas, longtime producer Blake Mills, and keyboardist and co-writer Alan Weiffels. It features contributions from guitarists Meg Duffy and Greg Ulman, drummers Tim Carr and Jim Keltner, and bassist Pat Kelly, with a special guest appearance from Aldous Harding.

“Glory” delves into themes of bodily decay, family, love, and history across its eleven tracks. The album was preceded by three singles, including “pure heart,” “there are no front teeth” (featuring Aldous Harding), and “this is a mirror.”
