Paris Hilton Establishes Fund to Support Families Impacted by Los Angeles Wildfires

Paris Hilton has initiated a fund aimed at assisting families who lost their homes in the wildfires in Los Angeles.

The TV presenter’s home was among the many affected by the fires that ignited on Tuesday (January 7). Hilton has recounted her experience of witnessing her house engulfed in flames on live television.

On Thursday (Jan. 9), Hilton expressed, “Sitting with my family, watching the news and seeing our Malibu house burn down on live television is something no one should ever have to experience. We made so many precious memories in this house.”

She added: “Although the loss is profound, I remain grateful that my family and pets are safe. My heart and prayers go out to every family affected by these fires.”

Support for displaced families

Hilton is actively providing assistance to those who have lost their homes. On Friday (Jan. 10), she announced a pledge of $100,000 to help displaced families through Community Organized Relief (CORE). Additionally, she committed to matching up to $100,000 in donations.
