Last night (January 19), the event, co-hosted by AEG Presents, went viral on social media announcing that Olivia Rodrigo had been added to the new lineup of performances on January 30.

The concert will be held simultaneously at two venues: KIA Forum and Intuit Dome. The specific lineup for each location has not yet been revealed.

Furthermore, Rolling Stone reported that it had confirmed Mexican singer-rapper Peso Pluma’s participation in the FireAid concerts, although his attendance at the event has not yet been publicly announced.

Olivia Rodrigo’s involvement in the benefit concert follows the confirmation of No Doubt’s reunion for the upcoming event, with FireAid previously announcing Gwen Stefani as a solo artist.

In the wake of the fires, many musicians have stepped up to assist affected communities. Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD Foundation has donated $2.5 million to combat wildfires in Los Angeles. Paris Hilton also established a fund for families displaced by the fires, contributing $100,000 and pledging an additional $100,000 in donations. Additionally, Dave Grohl took the time on his birthday to prepare meals for families impacted by the disaster.

The Mexican-American group Fuerza Regida rented an entire hotel for a week to provide shelter for 50 families escaping the wildfires.

Charli XCX encouraged brands that donate her clothes to “give them to people who really need it.” She also shared details of a clothing drive organized by stylist Lana Jay Lackey, urging others to participate and donate.

Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, and others have voiced their responses to the “heartbreaking” devastation caused by the wildfires by sharing links to resources available for those in need.

Members of the Los Angeles music community have discussed the serious damage inflicted by the fires, noting that several venues, studios, and artists have been affected.
