Filming for Adidas Campaign

As previously mentioned, the Gallagher brothers were seen at the Mildmay’s Mildmay club in London’s Newington Green on Thursday (April 24), where they participated in a filming session for an upcoming ADIDAS campaign.

However, it has now come to light that they also recorded a set of songs that will feature in an advertising film for the upcoming OASIS tour, according to Sun.

A source informed the tabloid: “Noel and Liam are still shakers, and they drove one of the neighbors crazy with noise. They took Mildmay to film a promo video for the tour, and the din was enormous.

“Even before Noel and Liam arrived, a local resident mentioned that they needed to turn down the bass. But this is Oasis – they were bound to crank it up – and they did when Noel and Liam began to set up.”

Noel confirmed during an appearance on TalkSport on Friday morning (April 25) that he saw Liam the day before, stating: “He is magnificent. I was actually with him yesterday. He is fine, in top form. He can’t wait, he can’t wait for us.”

The guitarist also discussed preparations for the group’s first official sessions. “I am in a studio playing around,” he said. “Just getting ready for rehearsals to start in about three weeks. And then, let’s see what happens.”

Liam also addressed his meeting with Noel on his social media account.

Responding to a post about whether he would buy a pair of new sunglasses from Noel, he said: “Yesterday he gave me a couple, I mean last Sunday.”

The previous Sunday was Easter Sunday, during which Liam noted that Noel and his sons Donovan and Sonny joined him on the “biblical” day.

Earlier today (April 26), Liam also reacted to Noel’s comment about being “in top form.” “He is the same as we are locked,” Liam remarked, adding that “he cannot wait to rehearse.”

Currently, Oasis has 41 dates scheduled for 2025, spanning multiple continents and extending until November, with support from acts like Richard Ashcroft, Cage The Elephant, and Ball Park Music.

Last month, sources close to the group informed NME that the tour will include Noel, Liam, bassist Andy Bell, guitarists Gem Archer and Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, and drummer Zak Starkey.

The original drummer, Tony McCarroll, is not participating in the reunion tour and recently shared a message with the group and their fans, saying: “The circle begins again, fellas. A new generation, ready to start listening. Honestly, I envy the empty stage a bit, on which they are about to kick it off.”

“Everyone is excited to see this; everybody says. The time feels right, and I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds,” he continued. “Liam, Noel, Bonehead, Gem … (I’d better stop there as I’m not sure who else) good luck with everything, and don’t forget to stop and enjoy the ride! If the drummer is that keen on a Supersonic partner at Hitton Park, let’s make some noise, eh?”

Last month, Noel broke his silence regarding the controversies surrounding ticket sales when they went on sale last August. “I thought it would be a big deal, but I was slightly puzzled by how much of a big deal it was,” he remarked. In recent reports by the Lloyds Banking Group, it is estimated that ticket fraud during last summer’s sales cost fans over £2 million.

In other news, the group also recently reissued their classic single “Some Might Say” to celebrate its 30th anniversary. This was their first British number one in 1995 and was accompanied by classic B-sides such as “Talk Tonight,” “Acquiesce,” and “Headshrinker.”

The Stereophonics frontman, Kelly Jones, also recently told NME that Noel has been writing new material in the studio. “I assume he’s writing for his own stuff or perhaps they (Oasis) are putting together a couple of songs; I don’t know,” he concluded.
