Amy and Georgia share that the track addresses “waking up and recognizing your mental health. As we grow, we often absorb life’s challenges. Over time, both positive and negative experiences fade. Without learning to process these feelings, one may wrestle with self-hatred, anxiety, and fears about their identity. Confronting these emotions, finding a way to breathe through them, and opening up to someone can be incredibly healing. This song reflects the struggles many face with mental health, emphasizing vulnerability and reassuring our listeners that they are not alone.”
Additionally, the band has announced an upcoming performance at London’s Omeara as part of BRIT week in support of Warchild on February 24th.
