Noah Cyrus Shows Support
Noah Cyrus supported the latest issue of her father against the backdrop of statements about the family of Billy Ray Cyrus’s family “sincerely concerned”.

On Friday (February 7), the “July” singer went to her Instagram stories to share a post about the last track of Billy Ray, titled “Lost”, writing that she was “so proud of” her father’s “incredible new single.”
Featuring Tinnesz and Profitt, the new song celebrates the first release from the country singer since his disastrous performance at the inaugural ball during Donald Trump’s inauguration.
His appearance at the January ceremony suffered from noticeable technical difficulties, which led him to ask if the audience had fallen asleep and offered to end the set early if they weren’t interested in seeing him.
Fans on social media expressed concern at the time, remarking, “I don’t want to be rude, he probably worries about something. But damn, it was a heavy watch.”
Rocky performances also prompted his son, Trace Cyrus—Noah and Miley Cyrus’s older brother—to share an open letter expressing concern for their father’s health and well-being.
“You may be upset that I posted this, but honestly, I don’t care,” he wrote. “I, along with the girls, have sincerely worried about you for years, but you’ve pushed us all away. Noah desperately wanted you to be part of her life, and you were not there for her … This is your girl. She deserves the best. In a way, like me, she will continue to idolize you.”
Firerose also weighed in, saying People: “What can be seen in public now reflects a lot of what I have experienced alone during our relationship.”
Cyrus and Firerose were married in October 2023, but separated in May last year, with irreconcilable differences and inappropriate family behavior listed in divorce documents. Cyrus “categorically” denied allegations of cruelty from Firerose, claiming that he was actually physically, verbally, and emotionally abused during their marriage.
Reports indicate that the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer has begun to “take legal action” against his son after he begged his father to “get help,” stating in a subsequent Instagram post: “It’s a shame that you threaten me with legitimate action for wanting to get help. Pappy looks at you with such disappointment; I can assure you.”
“You should be ashamed of yourself. I will always love you, but I no longer respect you as a person. All loved ones are afraid to tell you how they really feel. I don’t. Get help.”
The country star recently addressed the controversy publicly for the first time this year, using his YouTube shorts to share a statement about the importance of supporting those in need.
Accompanying a video from the music video of his 2009 song “Someone Said a Prayer,” Billy Ray shared the caption: “Thank you for the California rain. Pray for a broken heart and their pain. Pray for my family. For my children … sons and daughters … and their mother,” he wrote.
“Let this moment be the beginning of healing for all of us. The past does not equal the future. Amen.”
