MØ shares a cover of Avicii's “Wake Me Up”

MØ has shared a new reimagining of Avicii's “Wake Me Up.”

The Danish artist's cover follows her recent single “Who Said”, marking another step in her ongoing musical journey ahead of the release of new material expected next year.

Speaking about his connection with the late producer and his decision to cover the track, MØ explains: “Avicii’s music and life story have touched me deeply over the years. In 2012, at a weird rooftop party in New York City with the music of “Levels,” something about the unapologetic, almost aggressive energy mixed with a haunting emotional depth made me decide to follow my dream of becoming an artist, whatever that might be. price”.
