Moos Announces New Album
Moos has revealed her fourth studio album 'Plæygirl', set to release on May 16 through RCA/Sony, alongside the debut of her new single 'Sweet' featuring BIIG PIIG.
About the New Track
This latest single follows her recent releases “Who Said” and “Wake Me Up”, showcasing the Danish artist’s unique blend of Electro Punk and Scandinavian Alt-Pop.
“’Sweet’ is a lighthearted and delightful track wrapped in a sinister bass riff (thanks to Nick Sylvester),” Mo shares. “The line ‘I don’t go to clubs/ I go to comics and Thrash Metal Shows’ serves as the anthem for this album. It expresses a sense of outsider status while embracing it as part of who I am. I don’t enjoy clubbing! I prefer playing Sims, attending punk and metal shows, and spending time with friends and family. Many can relate to this sentiment.”
The forthcoming album was created between Copenhagen and Los Angeles during 2022-2024, with producer Nick Sylvester and her long-time collaborator Ronnie Windhal. “I aimed to craft music that feels authentic to me—music that embodies freedom. I sense I am stepping into a new era,” Mo reveals.
