Moos is teasing his upcoming fourth studio album 'Plæygirl', set to release on May 16, along with a new single “Keep Mutching.”
Exploring Expectations
This latest track from the Danish artist delves into the pressures of unrealistic expectations, showcasing production by Nick Sylvester, with contributions from Ellitt Kozel and Dare.
Artistic Reflections
“Hold Muvin” offers an ironic take on my endless list of affairs,” Mo explains. “We delve into the feelings of vulnerability under the burden of expectations from everyone (myself included), while secretly yearning to escape this ever-changing, utterly chaotic Western world. Nick Sylvester, Elliot Kozel, and Harrison Smith (Dare) contributed to the production, and I believe this truly encapsulates the stress, chaos, and the inability to embrace what I truly love. I definitely shouted “Bua!” in the chorus, which is my favorite part of the track.
“Plæygirl,” which was crafted between Copenhagen and Los Angeles with producer Nick Sylvester and Ronnie Windhal, follows the 2022 album “Motordrome.” This collection features 12 tracks developed between 2022-2024, and Muffles noted: “I just wanted to create music that was authentic to me—music that feels liberating. I sense that I am on the brink of a new era.”
