Miso announces new single
MISO additionally shared a new single “Ghost”, the final track from her upcoming debut album 'Earcandy', which is set to be released on May 16.
Collaboration and inspiration
The latest track from the British-Japanese artist was crafted in collaboration with A.K. Floor and features glitches paired with bilingual vocals, all recorded with Grammy-winning engineer Damian at Damon Albarn's Studio 13.
“Ghostly is a return to your emotions and a restoration of agency. The mood of the song came about while Ak and I reminisced about our mutual admiration for Janet Jackson and Solange,” Miso explained.
This new release follows her previous singles “Certified” and “Good Kisses,” the latter featuring Metronomy. The album Earcandy, which Miso co-produced, showcases collaborations with DJ Boring, Michelle, and Tyson.
