Miley Cyrus has officially announced her upcoming album titled “Bold” and “Visual” – “Something Beautiful,” along with the reveal of its artwork.

The singer’s ninth studio album is set to release on May 30 through Columbia Records and will feature 13 original tracks. Cyrus serves as an executive producer on the project alongside Shone Everett (known for work with Kacey Musgraves and Alabama Shakes).

Album Artwork and Pre-Order Details

On Monday (March 24), Cyrus revealed an artwork for the album, showcasing her draped in a 1997 Thierry Mugler Couture piece, which was photographed by Glenushford, presenting an “amazing hint of bold aesthetics and visual storytelling.”

The album is currently available for pre-order in various exclusive formats, including signed vinyl and CDs, limited edition vinyl, and two special sets. You can pre-order your copy of “Something Beautiful” here.

Cyrus has been teasing her new album in recent weeks, updating her images and profile on social media to feature her silhouette. Fans have also reported seeing posters for “Something Beautiful” globally.

Previously, she hinted that the album would draw inspiration from Pink Floyd’s ‘The Wall’. “We really went for it. My concept was like ‘The Wall,’ but with a more glamorous wardrobe and pop culture elements,” she mentioned.

Describing the atmosphere of her album, she called it “hypnotizing and glamorous,” stating: “This is a conceptual album that attempts to address a sick culture through music.”

This new release will follow her 2023 album “Endless Summer Holidays,” which NME rated four stars, noting: “It’s an album that demands your full attention, even if it lacks the boldness or visionary spark.” As the song from the album suggests, “But don’t forget, baby, I am a substantial sign.”

In December, Cyrus released her latest single “Beautiful That’s,” created for the film Last Dance, featuring Pamela Anderson. The ballad, co-written with Lykke Li and Andrew Wyatt, earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song.
