During her performance, Cyrus acknowledged several notable celebrities in the audience, including Adam Sandler, whom she affectionately called her “friend,” and Paul Rudd, saying, “I love you, Paul Rudd!” This prompted the actor to blow her a kiss from his seat. The performance concluded with Cyrus taking a bow and expressing her love for SNL creator Lorne Michaels, stating, “I love you, Lorne Michaels!”
This appearance marks Cyrus’ final contribution to Saturday Night Live, having previously participated three times and performed as musical guest four times, with her last show being in 2021.
