The musician took to his official Instagram account to share a post highlighting 10 albums that impressed him in 2024. Portnoy clarified that the list is not ranked in any particular order of preference.
His selections consist of: “The Last Will And Test” by Opeth, “Absolute Elsewhere” by Blood Incantation, “A Dream Is All We Know” by The Lemon Twigs, the self-titled album by Redd Kross, “Melodies of Atonement” by Leprous, “Life In The Wires” by Frost*, “No Hill For A Climber” by The Resonance, the self-titled album by 7, “From Hell I Rise” by Kerry King, and “Keep Me Fed” by The Warning.
