Believe-owned distribution company TuneCore has appointed Mike Ceglio as the new vice president of operations strategy.
The announcement regarding Ceglio’s appointment was made this week by Andrea Gleason, Chief Executive Officer of TuneCore, to whom he will directly report.
Responsibilities and Experience
As Vice President of Operations Strategy, Ceglio will oversee business operations, content review, trust and safety, and copyright management. He will collaborate closely with the TuneCore development team to “provide strategic leadership to optimize and enhance the company’s operational processes and systems,” as stated in the announcement.
Ceglio brings over a decade of experience in digital operations, strategic planning, and process optimization, along with a profound understanding of digital rights management and partnerships, according to TuneCore.
Before joining TuneCore, Ceglio was the Vice President of Creator Operations at SoundCloud, where he significantly improved operational efficiencies and managed extensive creator services initiatives.
His music industry background also includes roles as Director of Operations at UnitedMasters and Head of Affiliate Relations and Director of Digital Rights at Vydia.
