Mighty Hoopla Announces Malta Weekender
Mighty Hoopla has unveiled the details for its inaugural Malta Weekender, set to take place from September 26-29, 2025.
Festival Highlights and Performances
Emerging from its previous home at Butlin’s Bognor Regis, the festival will feature Melanie C and Li-Enn as headliners. Attendees can look forward to performances by Rose Gray, Katie B., Ultra Neut, and the 2025 Eurovision representative from Malta, Mirias Conte, who will showcase his track “Kant”.
The weekend’s musical lineup includes DJs such as Trixie, Binini, Fat Tony, Kiddy Sum, and Jody Harsh, with Jack from Channel 4 representing “Big Boys Bingo”. The festival promises a variety of venues throughout Malta, including Café del Mar in St. Paul Bay, the 6000-capacity village of Dzhanpula, Bora Bora, and Little Armier Beach hotel. The agenda will feature pool parties, brunches, club nights, beach gatherings, bingo, yoga, and dance workshops.
Main Event Details
The festival’s highlight will occur on Saturday, May 31, and Sunday, June 1, at Brockwell Park, featuring performances by Ciara and Jade as headliners on Saturday, and Kesha and Lorin on Sunday.
Tickets for Hoopla Malta are currently available for £144.50, plus a reservation fee, granting access to all weekend events. Attendees will need to arrange their own travel to Malta, with hotel packages available for purchase alongside tickets.
