Megan Thee Stallion’s New Single Announcement

Megan Thee Stallion has revealed her latest single “Anything”, set to drop later this week. Discover all the details below.

Coachella Performances and Teasers

During her electrifying performances at Coachella over the past two weekends, Megan shared that her new single will be released on Friday (April 25). This marks the first glimpse of her forthcoming album “Megan: Act III”.

The rapper, known for her hit “Savage”, announced this on Saturday (April 19) through a visually striking poster.

The poster features intriguing imagery including a half-and-half design, a shepherd’s hat, a chessboard, a vintage car, and two anthropomorphic figures in the background. This follows another teaser clip released a week prior, where the rapper is seen sitting in a car with the mentioned hybrid figures reminiscent of bodyguard aesthetics, all while her music plays. Check it out below.

Future Collaborations and Album Details

While details about the upcoming album remain scarce, Megan hinted at a potential collaboration with Doechii for the LP. “Act III is coming together,” she shared with fans during a recent live stream. “I’m currently determining whom I’d like to feature on this project. I want to work with artists I haven’t collaborated with yet and those who resonate with me.”

After fans speculated about a partnership with Doechii, she responded, “I see Doechii, and I love her.”

“I want to create a song with Doechii,” she added. “She’s on my wish list for this album.”

“Act III” will follow the success of “Megan: Act II” released in 2024, which secured a glowing five-star rating from NME. The publication stated, “In ‘Act II’, Megan asserts her title as the ‘hottest girl’ in the rap scene.”

“Despite the challenges she has faced in recent years, she remains a dominant figure in the rap world, poised as the Princess of Rap, awaiting her next coronation.”

The LP was also featured on NME‘s list of the 50 best albums of 2024, while the single “Khiss” shot to number 10 on our roundup of the 50 best songs of 2024.

In other news, Megan made headlines by revealing several guest appearances, including Courtney Laplan, the frontwoman of Metal Band SpiritBox, for the live debut of their collaboration “Tyg”, alongside Queen Latifah, Victoria Monét, and Ciara.

After two weekends of performances, she joined forces with Cara Delevingne and Rene Rapp to recreate their viral photo as her “lesbian bodyguard.”
