Megan The Stallion’s Collaboration Plans

Megan The Stallion revealed her desire to collaborate with Doechii for her upcoming album.

Details from the TikTok Live

The “Savage” rapper brought up the possibility of this collaboration during a recent TikTok Live session, where she discussed her future album “Megan: Act III”.

“Act III is created,” she shared with her fans during the Live event. “I’m really just trying to find out who I want to do the features with at this moment in my life. I want to collaborate only with people who … one, I have not worked with yet, and two, I genuinely listen to – the artists I truly connect with.”

As the audience speculated about a partnership with Doechii, she enthusiastically replied: “I see Doechii, bitch, I love Doechii.”

“I want to make a song with Doechii,” she added. “This is on my list. This is in my wish list for the album.”

Megan confirmed that she currently doesn’t have any tracks lined up with Doechii, stating: “I feel that Doechii will be the type of person you need in the studio to create a song together.”

“I would love to hear a beat that she wants to play with, and I will challenge myself to rap over beats that I usually wouldn’t, without losing my essence.”

“Act III” will follow “Megan: Act II” released in 2024, which received a stellar five-star review from NME, stating: “In ‘Act II’, Megan reaffirms why she is the ‘hottest bitch right now’.”

“Despite the challenges that have plagued her in recent years, she stands firmly at the pinnacle of the rap world as the Princess of Rap, surveying from her pedestal while polishing her tiara – perhaps a coronation is on the horizon soon.”

The LP also made it onto NME‘s list of the 50 best albums of 2024, while the track “Khiss” hit number 10 in their roundup of the 50 best songs of 2024.

Meanwhile, Doechii recently won the Grammy for Best Rap Album, becoming only the third woman to achieve this, after Lauryn Hill and Cardi B. To celebrate her victory, she released “The Baptism of the Noses,” where she raps about proving her skeptics wrong.

Doechii’s track “Nissan Altima” was recognized as one of NME‘s 50 best songs of 2024. In the four-star review of “Alligator Bits Never Heal,” NME noted: “Doechii dives deep into her struggles in this project, but by the end, she finds comfort and strength, making this mixtape feel like a sonic diary of her emotional journey.”
