Marika Hakman’s New Release
Marika Hakman shares a new rendition of ‘Leather’ featuring Laura Marling. This collaboration is part of the annual partnership between Abbey Road and PitchFork London.
Anniversary Celebration
This track, originally from Hackman’s debut album “We We Lapt Anly”, has been revisited to mark the 10th anniversary of its release. The updated version was recorded at The Gatehouse, Abbey Road Studios, and Hackman’s personal studio, where he took on production duties.
Special Performance
The anniversary celebrations will continue with a special performance titled “We Finally Slept”, featuring a complete presentation at the London Chapel of the Trade Union on March 21. The show promises an elegant experience with string accompaniment.
This release follows Hackman’s fourth studio album, ‘Big Sigh’, which debuted through Chrysalis in 2024.
