New Music from Maribou State
Electronic duo Maribou State have released a soulful new track called “All I Need,” taken from their upcoming album “Hallucinating Love,” and announced North American tour dates in 2025.
The duo of Chris Davids and Liam Ivory is back with new music, unveiling Hallucinating Love, their first studio album in seven years after a challenging period following Davids’ surgery for a rare brain disease.
New single “All I Need” presents a soulful vibe, infused with glitchy electronics and anchored by a catchy melody. It features vocals from MOBO Award-nominated artist Andrea Triana. Listen below.
“Hallucinating Love” will be released on January 31 via Ninja Tune. Maribou State also announced a record featuring “The other side” with vocalist Holly Walker.
Maribou State will perform three sold-out shows at Alexandra Palace in February to kick off the new album. They have also revealed plans for a North American tour that will occur from April to May this year, visiting cities like Toronto, Seattle, Austin, and Vancouver. You can find tickets Here.

Commenting on Hallucinating Love, Chris Davids said: “When we wrote, we imagined how great it would be to finally get back on stage and bring people together again.” He emphasized that the record reflects “being in a dark place, a place of struggle, and then looking forward to a brighter future.”
“We’ve always been very secretive about the project and reveled in ambiguity and anonymity,” Liam Ivory continued. “But as we grew older, we became much more interested in revealing who we were. And, naturally, it made sense then to acknowledge British dance music culture, as it’s something to be truly proud of.”
