New Album and Tour Details

The Texas singer shared that she will perform these shows in support of her upcoming album “Dreamic E,” set to launch on May 9.

“Dreamsicle felt like it had already been formed in a living space by the time I wrote this album,” she wrote on Instagram. “Acoustic elements, layers of harmony, composed synthesizers backed by unprocessed vocals; it came to life in the studio without an audience. I’m thrilled to finally share these songs and experience them with the electrifying energy of the crowd. It will be a dreamlike experience for both the fans and myself.”

In another vein, in 2023, she announced her intention to step back from country music in response to “homophobia and transphobia within the industry.”

“As you delve deeper into the country music industry, you start to see cracks. Once you see them, you can’t unsee them. So, you start doing everything possible to wield a bit of power to make things better,” she stated.

She continued, “Post-Trump, biases became incredibly evident. It revealed who people truly were and that they take pride in being misogynistic, racist, homophobic, and transphobic. All these issues were recognized and strangely fueled this hyper-masculine branch of country music.”
