London newcomers Cardboard drop new single ‘Wouldn’t Let You Realise’ in anticipation of their free gig at the Sebright Arms.

New Single Release

Cardboard has unveiled their latest single “I won't let you realize” ahead of an upcoming free show.

Upcoming Performance

The London-based quartet, who debuted their previous single 'Pipe Dream' last year, is set to perform a gig this Monday (January 27) at London's Sebright Arms as part of Independent Venue Week.

Insights from the Frontman

Commenting on the new single, frontman Dan Hacker shares: “Won't Let You Realize” explores the perspective of anyone who has watched a friend, partner, sibling, or loved one being blind to someone determined to tear them apart. It delves into the aspects of life that contribute to their wholeness, while continually distracting them with deceit and empty promises.

“The narrative unfolds from the viewpoint of an outsider who is trying, albeit unsuccessfully, to lift the veil over their eyes. The music encapsulates the anger and frustration experienced by a bystander observing this relationship development, desperate to intervene but unable to do so.”

The band features Daniel Hacker (vocals and guitar), Chris Clapham (guitar), Louis Baltitude (bass), and Daniel Rawson (drums).
