Little Simz Announces New Album
Little Simz has revealed her sixth studio album, 'Lotus', set to be released on May 9 through AWAL Records.
New Single and Collaborations
In conjunction with the album announcement, she unveiled a new single, 'Flood', featuring collaborations with Obongjayar and Munshild Sanally.
The album’s title signifies themes of renewal and growth, delving into various phases of life throughout its entirety. This release comes after her acclaimed Mercury Prize-winning album, “Sometimes I Can Be an Introvert,” which reached the top five in the Official Albums Chart in Great Britain, alongside her 2022 project, “No, Thanks.”
Additionally, Simz has been announced as the curator for the MeltDown festival in Southbank, celebrating the event’s 30th edition. The 11-day festival will run from June 12-22, adding Simz to the esteemed list of previous curators associated with this annual event.
