Details About the Upcoming Release
In a recent conversation with Billboard, the group was asked about their upcoming music at the iHeartRadio Music Awards after teasing their return to the studio. Rapper/guitarist Mike Shinoda confirmed that the new track is titled “Up Bottom” and is set to be released next week.
“Up Bottom” is scheduled for release on Thursday, March 27, and will come with a brand new music video. DJ/producer Joe Hahn described the upcoming track as “the best song that we’ve ever done,” while Shinoda added that he believes this will be the “best music video” that Linkin Park has created to date.

Regarding the music video, Hahn noted that it “begs a little” and connects closely with the song. Shinoda also revealed that audiences currently only know one lyric from the track, which was hinted at in studio footage released earlier this month, but the rest remains a mystery.
Tour Plans and Upcoming Album
In other news, the group discussed their extensive tour plans for 2025, beginning with shows in North America next week. They will then head to Europe and the UK, including a stop at Wembley Stadium on June 28 – view all the announced tour dates here.
“Up Bottom” will mark their first release from their upcoming album, Reckack 2024, titled “From Zero.” The album received a three-star review from NME, which described it as an “intriguing mixture of sensational stadium rock and some tired song crafting.”
