Kesha Unveils New Single “Yippe-Ki-Yay” Featuring T-Pain

Kesha’s New Single Announcement

Kesha has revealed her latest single “Yippee-ki-Iy,” featuring T-Pain, along with more exciting news.

Release Date and Teasers

On March 24, the singer-songwriter took to social media to announce the track after sharing multiple teasers in the days leading up to the reveal. The song is set to be released this Thursday (March 27).

The teasers showcase Kesha dressed in lingerie, accompanied by country-influenced chords, culminating with the call-out “Yee-Haw.” In the second teaser, she is seen on all fours in a hotel corridor.

Future Projects and Tour Dates

“Yippee-ki-Iy” will mark Kesha’s first original release since her hit “Tik Tok,” and her third single since she parted ways with RCA and Kemosabe following the launch of her fifth album, Gag Order, in 2023.

Fans can expect a new album from Kesha later this year, as she prepares to launch her independent label, Kesha Records, in 2024.

Last year’s single “Joyride” initiated a new chapter for her career, signifying her first release under her own rights following her separation from Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe label. Since then, she has also released another single titled “Delusional” and collaborated on a remix with Charli XCX for “Spring Breakers.”

Kesha revealed last fall that she has developed a decade-long plan to “dismantle” the music industry after resolving her prolonged legal struggles with Dr. Luke.

In 2025, Kesha is scheduled to perform multiple shows in the UK, including an appearance at Mighty Hoopla in London, sharing the stage with artists such as Ciara, Kate Nash, Pixie Lott, and Vengaboys, among others.

Additionally, she will have two performances in Manchester and Glasgow this May. Find the remaining tickets here.
