KCON Japan 2025 Artist Lineup Announced

KCON Japan 2025 announced the first artist line for its upcoming event in May, featuring Zerobaseone, Shinee’s Taemin, Kep1er, and many more.

On February 21, KCON revealed eight artists who will perform at Makuhari Messe for their forthcoming Japanese event, set to take place from May 9 to 11, 2025, in Chiba, Japan.

This lineup includes the Japanese boy group JO1 and K-Pop boy groups BoynextDoor, Zerobaseone, and Cravity. The girl groups among the lineup include KEP1er, alongside the Japanese girl group ME: 1. KCON Japan will also feature singers Joe Yu-ri and Shinee’s Taemin. More artists are expected to be announced for KCON Japan later this year.

Additional Artist Announcements

The festival revealed the second batch of performers on February 25, which includes TWS, Evnne, Izna, and IS: Sue. Korean group QWER and the Japanese boy band Ini have also been confirmed as performers for KCON Japan 2025.

KCON Japan will be the first event of KCON 2025, followed by KCON LA. The popular event announced its return to both cities just last month, with expectations for further expansions to other cities and regions. Notably, last year, the K-Pop festival hosted exhibitions in Europe and Hong Kong, and has previously taken place in Thailand and Saudi Arabia.

KCON 2024 marked new heights for CJ ENM, as KCON Japan attracted a record crowd of 140,000, while KCON LA garnered more than 5.4 million fans across both physical and online platforms. It has become the first K-Pop show in the history of the National Primetime Television in the U.S. through the CW network, per Billboard.
