Kanye West Makes an Appearance

Kanye West’s Twitch Ban

Kanye West faced a ban on the Twitch streaming platform a mere seven minutes into his debut stream.

The rapper made his first appearance on the platform yesterday (April 25) and quickly drew attention with his remarks, which included weak Daily Beast. He even made a Nazi salute while stating, “Hail Hitler.”

Controversial Statements and Reactions

West informed his audience that Elon Musk, the owner of X, had provided him with “free passages” to share discriminatory messages on social networks. He also made several derogatory comments regarding his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

A short while later, his Twitch page was replaced with a message indicating: “This channel is temporarily unavailable due to violation of the leading principles or Twitch service conditions.”

This incident follows a series of contradictory posts on X/Twitter where he apologized to the Jewish community for his past anti-Semitic remarks while still identifying himself as a “Nazi.”

In February, he sparked outrage by selling a white T-shirt featuring a large swastika emblem labeled “HH-01” on his website, suggesting a connection to the phrase “Heil Hitler.”

Although the site was eventually removed by Shopify, the company clarified that the removal was due to potential fraud, not specifically for selling a swastika T-shirt. Shopify condemned the merchandise, calling it “vile, disgusting, and unforgivable.”

Further Controversy

West later took to X (formerly Twitter) to claim he had an idea for a T-shirt that had been lingering for over eight years. This was accompanied by a series of contradictory messages where he backtracked on his apologies to the Jewish community, continued to profess love for Hitler, and praised Musk as “the smallest person who ever was on Twitter,” followed by accusations of “cognition.”

However, he then seemed to contradict himself again, stating on X that he had come to the realization that he was “not a Nazi” after some reflection. Yet just days later, he appeared to double down on his previous remarks, promoting another swastika-themed shirt on his X page.

Earlier this week, West claimed that he was involved in incestuous activities with his cousin during childhood.

In several other tweets, he implied that childhood traumas may have contributed to his controversial behavior, which includes support for Nazi ideology, inappropriate public sexual incidents, as well as derogatory comments towards children, including those of Jay-Z and Beyoncé, among others.

Along with these updates about his cousin, West also shared a photograph of himself with Bianca, hinting at a potential reconciliation. Their split was reported earlier this month when West mentioned in a new song that she had left him.

In another post on X, the rapper issued an apology to Jay-Z, seemingly in relation to his offensive remarks about their children.
