This track marks the first release from the American Colombian singer’s upcoming album, “Suscents HereField.”
Uchis explains, “This record encapsulates the essence of enjoying life’s pleasures, regardless of the world or individual circumstances, serving as an existential commentary on vulnerability and the romanticism of existence.” You can tune in and view the music video for her new single below.
Recently, Uchis revealed that this album is inspired by the “Events of the Changing Life.”

She further added, “The album addresses life’s challenges and explores how to find joy amidst them. It encourages appreciating every moment and not taking life for granted. Each day should be treated as special.” Uchis emphasized, “This work is my most existential and sincere piece. It holds deep significance for me, making it my most beautiful and impactful creation.”
Additionally, Uchis noted that the album will be entirely in English, stating that it feels “much more significant” following the “turning points in my life.”
Last year, she released her fourth LP, ‘Orquídeas,’ in January, followed by the deluxe edition ‘Orquídeas Parte 2’ in August.
NME rated her first album four stars, noting, “It skillfully merges her bicultural worlds in Munekit, featuring JT from City Girls and Dominican artist El Alfa in a vibrant track about a woman thriving in nightlife. Later, Uchis candidly expresses her feelings in Tu-Korez.”
More recently, Uchis collaborated on the new single by Blackpink’s Jennie, ‘Damn Right,’ along with appearances by Childish Gambino and D4VD in ‘Failure‘.
