Super Bowl VIP Experiences
In anticipation of Super Bowl LIX last month, Great Britain’s Daily Mail published an article titled “VIP Super Bowl, 3 million dollars. USA for Taylor Swift and Stars,” detailing prices ranging from 750,000 to 1.8 million dollars for suites and experiences provided by the VIP clientele of Confirmed 360 during the championship game at Caesars SuperDome in New Orleans.
Confirmed 360 shared a post on LinkedIn stating: “Only the best for the biggest game of the year.”
Founded and managed by CEO Matt Ampolsky, Confirmed 360 has operated in 100,000 events across 40 countries over the past decade.
Currently, the South Korean entertainment giant Hybe has incorporated Confirmed 360 into its global portfolio, enhancing its offerings for superstars like BTS.
According to regulatory filings in South Korea, uncovered by MBW, Hybe now holds shares in Confirmed 360.
A Hybe representative confirmed to MBW that the American unit, “Hybe America, acquired Confirmed 360 to strengthen your live events and portfolio experience in the United States.”
Hybe also verified that founder Matt Ampolsky continues as the CEO of Confirmed 360 after the acquisition.
Confirmed 360 identifies as a “premium provider offering VIP tickets, hospitality, and curation for music fans and corporate clients in sports and live entertainment events.”
The company has formed official partnerships with various entities, including Atlanta Falcons, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Golden State Warriors, and Phoenix Suns, as well as numerous top-tier global touring artists.
Previously, they have worked with major acts including BTS, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Ashanti, Demi Lovato, and The Kid LAROI, among others.

Hybe is also noted as a subsidiary of Confirmed 360, which itself was acquired last May 2023.
Hybe also lists HideAway Empire LLC and MJ Entertainment LLC as subsidiaries, both integral to the growth of Confirmed 360.
Granted serves as a ticketing platform and VIP supplier, claiming to offer “exclusive premium-class packages for sports, music, and entertainment venues” featuring talents like Demi Lovato, BTS, KID LAROI, ZEDD, Clai Thompson, and Logan Paul.
The acquisition of Confirmed 360 by Hybe follows a trend of mergers and acquisitions by the K-POP giant as it continues to expand globally into various sectors beyond music.
In November 2023, Hybe ventured into the lucrative Latin music market by acquiring Exile Music, a Latin music company.
Earlier, in February 2023, Hybe America, led by Skouter Brown, acquired Atlanta-based powerhouse QC Media Holdings, known for artists like Lil Baby, Migos, Lil Yachty, and City Girls, for a reported 300 million dollars, as per Korean regulatory documents.
The most significant move in recent years was the acquisition of Itka Holdings for 1 billion US dollars in 2021.
Hybe has also heavily invested in labels within its multi-label system, such as PLEDIS, where it acquired the majority stake in 2020.
In September, reports surfaced that Hybe had spent 25 million US dollars to purchase a 51% stake in an undisclosed company. According to regulatory documents, the acquisition agreement was made on August 1, 2024.
Additionally, in September, it was announced that Hybe acquired a U.S. public relations agency, Group of Agency PR LLC.
