Humor Unveils Debut Album “Learning Greek” Featuring New Single “Plagiarist”

Glasgow Humor has announced the release of their debut album, “Study of Greek”, set to come out on August 8 via SO Young Records. The band also unveiled a new single titled 'Plagiarist'.

About The Album

The forthcoming album features 11 tracks and follows their previous EPs “Pure Misery” and “a small crowd gathered to watch me.” It was recorded at Postric Studio in Edinburgh with esteemed producer Rod Jones from Idlewild. Fans can look forward to its availability on CD, Standard LP, Dinked Edition LP, and an Exclusive Trade with the Companion.

Insights On The New Single

Discussing the new single “Plagiarist,” vocalist Andreas Christolodis explains: “Plagiarism explores the struggle of being a lyricist while exhausting all available ideas and inspirations. In the song, the protagonist feels the pressure to contribute lyrics to music created by a group and realizes that he’s already drawn from his favorite books, making him fear being exposed as a fraud and facing dire consequences.”
