Honoring Los Angeles: A Tribute to Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars at the 2025 Grammy Awards

Gaga and Mars Tribute Performance

Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars are set to pay tribute to Los Angeles during the 67th Grammy Awards.

The ceremony for 2025 will be held tomorrow night (February 2), featuring performances by Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Ray, and Chris Martin from Coldplay, who were all previously announced as performers.

Continuing the Ceremony Amid Challenges

The General Director of the Recording Academy, Harvey Mason Jr., confirmed in January that the event would proceed as scheduled, despite the devastation that affected Los Angeles at the start of the year. The ceremony will also serve as a fundraising event.

The Recording Academy and MusiCares initiated fire relief efforts in Los Angeles and donated $1 million to provide immediate assistance and long-term support for individuals and families in the music industry who are facing displacement and loss due to the disaster.

Now it has been revealed that Gaga and Mars, both nominated for Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their single “Die with a Smile,” will take the stage to deliver “a special tribute to the city of Los Angeles and those affected by the forest fires.”
