Grains Requests Privacy for Son
Grains asked people to stop sharing images of her four-year-old son on the Internet after recently visiting the White House with his father, Elon Musk.
The Canadian artist (real name Claire Bucher) shares three children with the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX: X æ A-XII (aka Lil X), Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, and Techno Mechanicus (aka Tau).
Public Appearance and Reactions
The former couple announced their split in September 2021, confirming that they broke up three years later, but “they still love each other.” After the historical victory of Donald Trump in the US presidential election in November last year, Musk was appointed Potus to head his new Ministry of Government (DOGE).
Earlier this month, Graims hit the technical billionaire for allowing Lil X to roam around the Oval Office when Trump signed an order to support Doni’s powers in the government.
“This is X, and he is a great guy,” Trump said about the child in a viral video clip of the meeting. “High IQ. He is individual IQ.”
More personnel and images of Lil X and his father with Trump began to circulate on social networks when Grains wrote: “He should not be in public, as it is. I have not seen this, thanks for warning me. But I'm glad he is polite. Sigh.”
This came in response to a fan who said: “Lil X was very polite today! You raised him well. He was so sweet when DJT said: ‘Please forgive me, I need to pee.’
During a new interview with TIME, Grains discussed the reaction to her online about the appearance in the Oval Office and made a request for confidentiality. “It was like‘ Graimshl ’,‘ Grains protrudes. ’ It’s good; it was an answer,” she said to the publication.
“But I would really like people to stop publishing my child’s images everywhere. I think that glory is what you should agree to.”
She added: “Obviously, everything will be only who they are. But I would really, really appreciate it. I can only ask, so I just ask.”
Concerns About Child’s Well-Being
The last comments of Graims follow her accusatory remarks toward Musk for supposedly “ignoring” the “medical crisis” of their child last week. She did not reveal what kind of issue she was referring to, nor did she provide additional details about the situation.
“I am sorry that this is public, but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention,” wrote Grains on X/Twitter, which Musk bought in 2022 for $44 billion.
“If you do not want to talk to me, can you appoint or hire someone who can, so that we can move forward to solve it? This is urgent, Elon.”
In a separate post, the singer and producer explained: “I do not give any details, but he will not respond to texts, calls, or emails, and missed every meeting, and our child will suffer from life if he does not answer as soon as possible, therefore I need him to answer damn, and if I need to exert public pressure, then I think that this is where we are.”
Ezra Klein is a national treasure. Gives a guy of the right wing from the opposite point of view, and they calmly come to a rough consensus analysis of the current situation. Politics desperately needs more of this atmosphere right now, for every sanity: https://t.co/qfnbv401p

In other places, a video showing Musk apparently leaving his four-year-old son when he left the stage at a magician’s show became viral over the weekend. Nevertheless, a longer video from a different angle showed that he turned back to check on his child – with a couple, and then left the place together.
Before finding out that Lil X was visiting the White House, Grains praised New York Times journalist Ezra Klein for his podcast, who studied the first few weeks of Trump in his post and the magical world of the magician.
“Ezra Klein is a national treasure,” she began. “He brings the right guy from the opposite point of view, and they calmly come to a rough consensus analysis of the current situation. Politics desperately needs more of this atmosphere right now, for every sanity.” See the post above.
In November last year, Graims spoke about her custody battle against Musk for their children, saying: “I have not seen one of my children for five months.” In the summer, Graims’ mother, Sandy Garossino, begged Musk to allow her 93-year-old mother to see her great-grandchildren “for the last time” when she was in “palliative care at the end of her life.”
In 2023, Graims sued Musk for guardianship rights to Tau, claiming that he did not allow her to visit him. Musk is the father of 13 children, some of whom were conceived with the help of IVF.
Graims recently clarified her position on the controversial Nazi gestures of Musk during Trump’s presidential inauguration last month.
In other news, Graims shared two previously unreleased demos on SoundCloud: “I am not fucking, I am crazy” and “fool.”
