Greentea Peng Drops New Single “Green” Ahead of Upcoming Album “Tell Dem It Sunny”

New Single Release

Greentea Peng has unveiled her latest single titled “Green,” which is part of her forthcoming album “Tell Dem It Sunny,” set to be released on March 21 through AWAL.

Exploring Themes of Loss and Revival

“Green impacts the essential discharge of your skin for development. The perpetual cycle of death and rebirth must be embraced during the journey within, coupled with a turbulent yearning for self-discovery. Loss is unavoidable, hence the return becomes a daily necessity,” Peng elaborates.

Details About the Album

“Tell Dem It Sunny” features 14 tracks and follows her debut album from 2021, “Man Made.” This new release showcases contributions from long-time collaborators, including SAMO, Nat POWERS, and ST. Francis Hotel. Peng has taken a more hands-on approach in her creative process, incorporating bass playing on several tracks.
