Givenly Announces New Album “Utopia” and Releases Single “Dancing on Volcanoes”

Announcement of New Album

Givenly has unveiled its upcoming fourth solo album 'Utopia', set to be released on July 11 through Heavenly Notes.

Significance of the Album

“Utopia” will be the artist’s first English album, following its recording, which has been nominated for the prestigious Mercury “Tresor” award. The album features contributions from Kate Le Bon and H. Khoclain, with production by a long-time associate of Rice Edwards.

The Welsh artist has also released the lead single “Dancing in Volcanoes,” complemented by a black-and-white video filmed in Las Vegas.

“Jarvis Cocker, dancing alone on the stage, surrounded by dry ice, feels the urge to dance as a cathartic act … This embodies the essence of dancing on a volcano!” he shares with a gentle tone.
